In a unique series of three weekend webinars, David Euler will introduce the Palpation-Based Style Acupuncture methods also presented in (but not restricted to) the books: Kiiko Matsumoto’s Clinical Strategies” Vol.1 and Vol.2 by: Kiiko Matsumoto and David Euler.

The basic constitutional approaches and clinical strategies are explained in great detail and demonstrated via multiple embedded, clinical demonstration videos.
For optimal teaching, each weekend will consist of two days (Saturday and Sunday) containing 4 hour lecture and demonstrations.

The first weekend will introduce the art of Palpation-Based Acupuncture and explain the immediate verification system when using acupuncture points to reduce pressure pain (or tightness) at a reflection site. Then, constitutional imbalances such as of the Immune system, adrenal gland (adrenal gland exhaustion syndrome) and stagnation of Blood will be discussed.

 

In this weekend David will also explain and demonstrate how to balance the autonomic nervous system from the sympathetic aspect (sympathetic overstimulation) using the ShaoYang approach.

The second weekend will be dedicated to balancing the Shen. Fear, stress, depression and frustration influence the way our organs react. It often stands in the way of healing and may cause chronic diseases. Here David will explain the most significant reflection zones that indicate the imbalances between Po, Yi, Hun, Zhi, and Shen and how to treat them. The physiological significance of the various “ghosts” to the internal organs, and the typical chronic diseases are also explained in this section.

The first part of the third weekend will concentrate on Hormonal imbalances including the pituitary gland, thyroid gland ,ovaries and the liver as a major player in hormonal synthesis, regulation and removal.

The second part will concentrate on structural imbalances and how these affect the internal organs. Among other topics the relation between the sacrum and sphenoid bone will be discussed, sacroiliac treatments, “four-corner treatments” (the relationship between the hips and scapulae), upper, mid, and lower back issues and more.
