Terms and Conditions - APAJap Courses
1. OBJECTIVE:
1.1 The courses offered by APAJap aim to provide training and development of skills in various areas of Japanese acupuncture and East Asian Therapies.
2. RULES OF CONDUCT:
2.1 Participants must maintain an attitude of respect and collaboration throughout the course.
2.2 The use of audio, video or photography recordings during sessions requires prior authorization from APAJap.
3. ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS:
3.1 The registration process is carried out online through the official APAJap website.
3.2 Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
4. PAYMENTS:
4.1 Registration will only be considered complete after full payment for the course.
4.2 The initial registration fee of €100 is optional.
4.3 If the participant chooses to pay the initial registration, the total remaining amount must be paid by the end of the Early Bird period, or, after this period, by the start day of the chosen course.
5. WITHDRAWAL:
5.1 In case of withdrawal, the refund policy will apply as detailed in the terms and conditions.
5.2 Participants must notify APAJap in writing in case of withdrawal, up to two weeks before the start of the course.
6. DELAYS AND EXCHANGES:
6.1 APAJap reserves the right to postpone or cancel courses due to adverse weather conditions, unforeseen events or insufficient number of participants.
6.2 In case of postponement, participants will be informed as far in advance as possible.
6.3 In the event of cancellation by APAJap, participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the course. However, APAJap is not responsible for additional expenses, such as travel and accommodation.
