Children’s Nutrition Course Health is built in the early years Dulce Costa
Feeding babies and young children is a topic that often raises concerns among parents, leading to many questions during consultations, especially when the child becomes ill. Therapists know that preventing health problems is more important than treating them.
Many parents also seek a more natural approach to nutrition, but due to lack of knowledge or support, they often end up buying packaged porridges, fruit purées, and ready‑made soups that seem to have the “right formula.”
Professionals can make the most of this interest and openness from parents by guiding them through the transition to solid foods and helping children grow with fewer health issues. From pregnancy until around the age of four, we build much of what will become the foundation of future health — which is why the dietary choices made in the early years are especially important.
Recorded course with immediate access. Downloadable e‑book (PDF).
In this course, you will have access to:
-
An introductory class covering which foods should be introduced first and why.
-
A class on which foods should not be offered and ideally should not be kept at home.
-
A class explaining how to create balanced family meals (the child eats what the family eats).
-
Recorded recipes with step‑by‑step guidance, from the first plant‑based drinks, porridges, and soups to options suitable for the whole family.
-
An e‑book with recipes, including some that can be offered in cases of intestinal issues such as constipation or diarrhea.
Format: online.

Integrated Energetic Diagnosis: Tongue, Pulse, Extraordinary Meridians and Teishin Use
Ana Sofia Pacheco, 2026
Pulse and tongue assessment are widely used diagnostic tools in East Asian medicine. They complement palpation and case history, guide treatment, and bring clarity to the clinical strategy to be followed.
Their use requires skill that develops through continuous practice. This introductory training aims to provide the essential foundations for immediate clinical application.
The Extraordinary Meridians, in turn, expand the understanding of constitutional patterns, energetic dynamics, and the mechanisms of global regulation within the body. They function as fundamental axes of balance, adaptation, and integration.
The teishin, a classical instrument of traditional Japanese medicine, will be presented as a tool for both symptomatic and structural treatment. It is a sensitive, non‑invasive instrument that allows for simple, effective, and safe intervention, particularly useful in structural imbalances.
Throughout the course, practitioners will be invited to deepen not only their technical knowledge but also their presence, sensitivity, and clinical reasoning. By the end, participants should be able to clearly recognize and interpret the body’s signals, integrate different diagnostic approaches, and act with precision, awareness, and ethical responsibility, always respecting the uniqueness of each person.
