About the Course:
Neidan, or Daoist Internal Alchemy, is an ancient practice deeply rooted in Chinese philosophy and traditional medicine. Unlike modern Qigong, Neidan aims for an alchemical transformation of the body and mind through deep stillness and spontaneous circulation of Qi.
In this introductory course, Felix de Haas — a practitioner with over 40 years of experience in Eastern Medicine and Internal Cultivation — guides participants through the essential foundations of this practice, combining theory, meditation, and practical exercises.
