John Jaarsveld: A Reference in Japanese Acupuncture

John Jaarsveld is a prominent figure in the acupuncture community, with a long history of dedication and clinical excellence.

A graduate of the renowned Beijing School of Acupuncture in China, John gained a solid foundation in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, before specializing in the Japanese approach.

Working in private practice since 2007, John treats a wide range of chronic and acute illnesses. His specialty is Japanese acupuncture based on palpation, in which he has deepened his knowledge over years of practice and study.

John has more than 1000 hours of training with Kiiko Matsumoto and has completed residencies in Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Osaka, Japan, with professors Tsuyoshi Shimamuro, Satoko Amano and Hiromi Matsumoto.

Furthermore, he developed his clinical practice in The Hague, in the Netherlands, where he has applied his knowledge to benefit local patients.
